ath79: indicate boot/failsafe/upgrade for NanoBeam/Nanostation AC

Like for Ubiquiti PowerBeam 5AC Gen2, the highest RSSI LED can
be exploited to indicate boot/failsafe/upgrade for the NanoBeam AC
and Nanostation AC as well.
