    Make sure you have installed ``protontricks`` with pip3 install protontricks

First, install SHK into steam, or copy the installer folder. 
This guide follows the steam installation, but can also be used as reference for a folder based installation.

Next, you will need to install directplay and fix some settings in winecfg.

    chmod 777 ~/.local/share/Steam/steamapps/compatdata/40970/pfx/dosdevices/c:/windows/syswow64/*
    protontricks 40970 directplay
    protontricks 40970 winecfg

The last command should open the winecfg for this game environment, this winecfg should look like:
