bcm4908: set console in the CONFIG_CMDLINE
procd doesn't work with just serial specified in the DT (using chosen & stdout-path). It requires tty device to be explicitly specified in the cmdline. Signed-off-by: Rafał Miłecki <rafal@milecki.pl>
