Subject: [PATCH] Pisound: MIDI communication fixes for scaled down
CPU.

* Increased maximum SPI communication speed to avoid running too slow
when the CPU is scaled down and losing MIDI data.
* Keep track of buffer usage in millibytes for higher precision.
