Subject: [PATCH] scripts: remove dependency on swig

Don't build the libfdt tool, as it has a dependency on swig (which

|
OpenWrt does not ship).

||
|

|
||
|
|
This requires more hacks, as of-platdata generation does not work
|
||
|
|
without it.
